A salt room can be any room, with any aesthetic decorations. What gives the room health benefits, is the addition of a halotherapy machine. This machine uses pharmaceutical grade salt and reduces it into microscopic particles that are then blown into the room, and can be absorbed on your skin or inhaled into your lungs.

Just breathe. Recline in a zero gravity chair while wrapping up with a blanket and warm lavender scented neck pillow that are provided to promote relaxation. Due to the corrosive nature of salt to electronic devices, no cell phones or technology are allowed in salt room. You can enter and exit if needed for water or restroom.
-
No special attire is required. We suggest wearing something comfortable and bring white socks as you will take off your shoes. But no worries if you forget-we will have socks for you if needed! So, why white socks? It helps preserve the purity of the salt on the floor:)
Avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, hairspray, scented lotion, and the like to prevent discomfort for others that may have sensitivities.

The community and private salt room sessions are 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before start time. Late arrivals may have to wait until the next session as to not disturb those already in the session. The salt booth is a 10 minute session.

Depending on the size of the salt room, you may taste the “salty” air if you inhale deeply through your mouth. The salt that lands on you is mostly unnoticeable and does not affect your clothing or skin. You will see it more on darker clothes, but the salt won’t ruin clothing. A shower or change of clothes isn't necessary after a session.
